A leadership and personal development programme is organized for CEB Executive Officers as a part of the mission of enhancing the services offered by CEB to public. The first round of the leadership and personal development programme of 2018, was held at Maduru Oya Army Camp on 26th, 27th and 28th of January 2018.
The first round of the leadership and personal development programme was comprised of inspirational lectures, effective group activities and field activities directed by the Officers of Sri Lanka Army Special Forces Regiment. The programme provided the guidance needed to utilize the positive impact gained through the sessions to improve the services of CEB.
