With the intention of improving the services to electricity consumers of Gonagaldeniya area, Gonagaldeniya Customer Service Center was declared open by the Minister of Power and Reenewable Energy Ranjith Siyambalapitiya on 22nd April 2018. The General Manager of Ceylon Electricity Board Eng. A. K Samarasinghe and many other officials participated in the function.
Gonagaldeniya Customer Service Center comes under Ruwanwella CEB Area Office.
