The annual Aloka Pooja held in celebration of Poson festival, sponsored by Ceylon Electricity Board with the collaboration of Associated Newspapers of Ceylon Limited, was held at Mihintale premises on 26th, 27th and 28th June 2018 for the 56th year.
President Maithripala Sirisena, Prime Minister Ranil Wickremesinghe, Minister of Power and Renewable Energy Ranjith Siyambalapitiya and several other politicians, Chairman of Ceylon Electricity Board W. B. Ganegala and many other CEB officials participated in the Aloka Pooja.
